Hi friends! Happy Friday! Today, I’ll be skipping the weekly recap in favor of a fun Christmas wish list post. Be sure to check out my vlog on YouTube on Sunday for insight into what I was up to this week!
I’m usually a December gift shopper, but I’ve come to realize that some of the best sales are either in mid-November or early January. And, my mom starts asking me for gift ideas pretty early on. I’ve also learned that being ultra-specific makes my dad and brother’s lives easier. So, I figured I would turn my google doc Christmas wish list into a blog post for you all in case you need some gift inspiration or you’re just curious! Let’s get into it.
Also, I WILL be dropping gift guides next week but if you are going to be online shopping over the weekend, you need to download Rakuten to get cash back on all your purchases. My Quarterly check from them buys multiple coffees. Use my link to start saving!!

Hatch Restore
I am already feeling the effects of daylight savings time ending and winter is always a bit harsh. I really prefer to get an early start and I think this Hatch Restore alarm clock is the perfect find for making getting up easier! There’s also a ton of other features that help you establish nighttime and morning routines which I am always here for, but I think this is the one I’m most excited about potentially receiving!
Abercrombie Leather Pants
The infamous Abercrombie Leather Pants are officially on my want list! The all black look is a New Yorker’s staple look and I love the hint of something different that texture brings to an outfit, and that means leather. I have a pair of their curve love denim and they are the BOMB so I definitely want to try these out!
Sezané Scarf
One thing to know about me is I’m a sucker for a blanket scarf. I’m newly obsessed with all the new scarf launches at Sezané and I fear I will get my hands on one before the cold months are done. I love the very trendy plaid patterned ones, but the solid color options in blue, green, and pink are also ah-mazing!
Sheertex Tights
Sheertex has been on the up and up for years and I want to dip my toes in. There is nothing more frustrating than ripping a pair of tights. You’re always in a rush or hurry and they are oddly not super convenient to get your hands on. I am intrigued by the idea of “unrippable” tights and have had my eye on a the classic sheer options and their new micro dot option!
Boden Coat
One of the most frustrating things about plus size fashion is the delay in trendy options becoming available in our size. I haven’t experienced it this badly until the dawn of the green coat. Zara, Mango, and ASOS had stunning green coats over the past few seasons but never in size inclusive options. Enter this very stunning coat from Boden. It’s the perfect cut and the color looks gorgeous. I would have preferred an olive option like the sold out one from COS, but nonetheless, this one from Boden is perfection!
Merit Set
I have talked about Merit Beauty at length over the past few years and I still love all of their core and new products. We all know I talk about the Flush Balm at every turn. I have been wanting to try the Bronzer stick and their new lipsticks! The lipstick shade tiger looks perfect for all your wintry, holiday looks! They also have released a bunch of holiday sets that are perfect for someone who loves the no makeup makeup look.
Coach Shoulder Bag
Coach is by far one of my favorite designer brands and I have been itching to buy a new bag. This very well might be a gift to give myself because I really want a baguette style shoulder bag before the 90s and y2k trends subside. The Luna style is the perfect weekend brunch or dinner bag and looks great for events as well. I might be boring and stick with black but also a red or pink bag feels right too!
Beis Luggage
I am in desperate need for new luggage. Okay, maybe not quite…desperate. But, I’m surely getting there! After six years, I think it’d be only fair to replace my old faithful Calpak marble suitcases for a sophisticated new look. Enter the Beis luggage! I love the style of their Check in collection roller bags and will probably opt for a black colorway. After years of dealing with the grimy look of white luggage, I’m ready for a clean chic travel look!
Moleskine Journal
I’d love to get a new journal right in time for the new year. Journaling has been an unexpected savior in helping establish routine and stay in touch with where I’m at emotionally throughout the course of this year. I love the soft cover bullet journal style from Moleskine and woulDn’t mind finding one of these in my stocking. Bonus points if it’s customized!
iPhone 14 Pro Max
It’s time to upgrade! I will be treating myself to the iPhone 14 Pro Max and considering it an investment in my business. I’m so excited and will 100% be securing a Casetify case for it as well!
Birkenstock
I thought I would be immune to this round of Birkenstock fever since I’ve had several pairs and already knew of their greatness. I’ve never had the Boston clog style and frankly always considered my Birkenstocks a summer shoe. But, I think I may want to dip my toe into the Birkenstock as a year round option. Also, EJ got them, and they’re a vibe on him so naturally, I need!
Veja Venturi
The Veja Venturi sneaker snuck up on me! Who knew it would be so hard to find a cool sneaker! The Nike SNKRS app lottery has been my nemesis for literal years and I have yet to ever win a pair of Low Dunk Jordans. I won’t say I’ve completely given up, but I will not be buying them from the resale market. I also wanted to diversify my sneaker collection from something that wasn’t Vejas. But, here we are. Back again! I’ve seen these on the chicest people on both social and IRL and I want!! But, of course, every single color way I want is completely sold out. Notifications are on for these bad boys!
Skinfix Eczema Body Cream
I’ve had bad eczema flare ups since I was a kid, but nothing has made me more susceptible to flares than the dry, NYC air in winter. This body cream from Skinfix, and the brand in general, has really great reviews. I think this would be a nice nightly option before bed to make sure my skin’s base layer is always properly hydrated.
Alright, there ya go! These are my top contenders for gifts this year. These are all mid to high expense tier gifts for my family to choose from. I don’t typically request anything for my stocking and like to be surprised. Momma does great here so I don’t need to!
